Apis Flora manufactures a series of standardized extracts, produced according to the highest quality standards and following Good Manufacturing Practices. We have dozens of solutions in our portfolio - including organic - and technologies that allow the production of extracts that best suit the needs of our customers.
Propolis is a complex mixture, formed by resinous and balsamic material collected from plants by Apis mellifera bees, as well as salivas and enzymes added by the bees themselves.
Green propolis is produced from exudates collected by bees exclusively from a plant native to Brazil, Baccharis dracunculifolia, popularly known as vassourinha or rosemary from the field.
It has some special active substances that can only be found in this type of propolis, especially Artepelin C, and many researchers attribute to this compound much of its activities.
With high production capacity, our plants rely on safe quality assurance processes, constant internal and external audits, and specialized scientific laboratories.
